What Does this urine Test Result Mean?

my urinalysis results as follows:Macroscopic color:lightly yellow,transparency:slightly cloudy,specific gravity:1.020,ph:6.5,rbc:15-18/hpf,wbc:3-6/hpf,epithelial cells:few,mucus threads:few,bacteria:few,amorphous urates:few Are these results alarming to my health?Kindly give me advise sir what should I do.thanx and more power

Pus Cells in urine indicate infection,your count of 3-6/hpf is borderline high.,upto 5 pus cells is taken as normal.RBCs 15-18/hpf is also high Normally a few epithelial cells from the bladder or external urethra can be found in the urine sediment however in urinary tract infections/inflammation few bacteria may be present. You have urinary tract infection.A course of antibiotics will be required .
Some amorphous urates are not serious at all they are generally related to diet Take care!

Hi, dear I have gone through reports. I can understand your concern Your urin analysis report suggest you have some RBCs in your urine. It mean some blood is there in urine.
You should go for complete renal function test and ultrasound abdomen.
Then take treatment accordingly. Rest of your report is normal.
